Board of Advisors
Arianna Williams is an Admissions Officer at Harvard College. She sits on the admissions committee responsible for recruiting, admitting and yielding each incoming Harvard undergraduate class.
In addition to representing Harvard in nationwide programs, conducting information sessions, and communicating with prospective students, she manages Harvard’s annual joint travel programs with partner schools, including Georgetown, UPenn, Stanford, Princeton, UVA, Yale, Wellesley, and Duke.
Previously, Arianna served as a Human Resources Coordinator in Nashville, TN for Ingram Content Group, where she was responsible for hiring and training diverse populations. She began her career in undergraduate admissions at Washington University in St. Louis, where she served as a Senior Assistant Director of Admissions. Alongside her admissions responsibilities, she conducted the hiring and training of all new admissions officer staff and was the liaison to the Annika Rodriguez Scholars Program, focusing on LatinX students and other underrepresented students of color.
Arianna earned a BA in Philosophy-Neuroscience-Psychology at Washington University in St. Louis and is a candidate for an M.Ed. in Higher Education at Harvard’s Graduate School of Education.
